Responsible for buildings, not a building
The same evidence question, asked continuously across a portfolio.
See where the record is thin
Which buildings and systems have nothing behind them, named rather than averaged into a portfolio number.
Prioritise review
Put attention where evidence is missing or a system is far into its life, instead of where the loudest complaint came from.
Preserve evidence
Records attach to the building, not to whoever happened to file them.
Support planning
Maintenance, capital and retrofit decisions built on documented equipment rather than recollection.
Survive turnover
The history stays when staff, contractors and ownership change.
One method, one version
Every result carries the method version that produced it, so results stay comparable over time.
What is honest about today. Supported systems can receive individual condition results today. Whole-property results remain withheld while the electrical methodology completes technical review. Evidence coverage, system records and supported asset results remain available. Portfolio-level assessment is a Harmelo capability under development, not something this method already produces.

Infrastructure Condition Index is the public entry point: one building, one dated label. Harmelo is the professional platform where portfolios, contractors and continuity are handled.
Infrastructure Condition Index provides the evidence framework, free and public. Larger buildings, portfolios and project-specific applications need scoped organizational work, and Harmelo is the professional pathway for it. An inquiry begins a conversation, not an automatic quote or an account.
For an organization, the label itself is the useful part: repeatable intake in one consistent public format, community education, participation in public building programmes, discovery of official resources, and privacy-safe aggregate insight into what is installed across a community. Portfolio scoring and organizational dashboards are not part of this product today.
