Infrastructure Condition Index is an informational tool. It reports what you told it about the records you hold. It does not examine, test, measure or verify anything, and no person has visited or reviewed the building.

What this is not

• Not an inspection or a home inspection report.
• Not a certification, rating, approval or accreditation of any kind.
• Not a code compliance, regulatory or legal compliance review.
• Not a safety assessment or safety certification.
• Not a prediction of failure or breakdown.
• Not an estimate of remaining useful life or of when to replace equipment.
• Not an engineering opinion. No qualified professional has reviewed your result.
• Not a warranty, guarantee or insurance product.
• Not a valuation or an appraisal.
• Not an official energy rating, and not a calculation, replacement, update or certification of one.

Energy evaluations

Infrastructure Condition Index may complement an approved energy-evaluation journey by adding asset, system, evidence and lifecycle understanding. It does not calculate, replace, update or certify an official energy rating, and it must not be presented as one.

Accuracy of your answers

The result reflects what you entered. Answers are taken as given and are not checked against any other source. If the input is wrong, the result is wrong, and the responsibility for what you enter is yours.

Decisions

Do not use this tool as the basis for a decision about safety, purchase, sale, insurance, financing, repair or replacement. For any of those, engage a qualified professional. Nothing here substitutes for professional advice.

This is a development build. Features may change or be withdrawn, results are not retained, and no service level is offered or implied.
